What payment methods do you offer? We have prepared a variety of payment methods for you. You can choose the one that suits you during the checkout process.

1. Credit card: We accept payment via major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, JCB.

2. Debit card: We accept all major debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, JCB. Please check with your bank to see if your debit card supports online purchases.

3. Installment Payment: You can choose to pay in installments.
Note: Installment payment channels are available only for delivery within Thailand.

4. PromptPay (QR Code) : You can choose to pay via PromptPay or QR Code scanning by pressing to save the QR Code image and scanning to pay via your mobile banking application within the specified period. If you are unable to pay within the specified period, you can press to select a new payment channel again.

What currency will I pay in?

Your order will be paid in Thai Baht.

Please note that if your credit/debit card is in a different currency, your order total will be converted to that currency.

There may be a fee associated with this from your card issuer. The daily exchange rate will be reflected and unfortunately we have no influence on this.

Do I have to pay import duties and fees?

If your order is shipped outside of Thailand, taxes are not included and you will be charged customs and import fees on a separate invoice from the carrier.

It is your responsibility to pay any import taxes of the destination country.
