How long does it take to receive my order?

Do I have to pay customs duties and import fees?
- If your order is shipped outside Thailand, taxes are not included and you will be charged customs and import fees, which will be invoiced separately from DHL.
Can you send it to hotels in Thailand?
- Yes, we can deliver to your hotel.
Can I track my shipment?
- Yes, once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number.
Which shipping provider do you use?
- We use FedEx or equivalent shipping and EMS for local.
Returns-Refunds
- No refunds or returns are accepted in any case.
- Email darlinjewelry@gmail.com for a replacement authorization number within five days of receiving your order.
