How long does it take to receive my order?

• Within Thailand: 1–3 business days.
• Asia: 2–4 business days.
• Other countries: 4–15 business days.

How much is the shipping cost?

• Free! For Thailand (until further notice)
• Singapore — starting at 460 baht
• Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia — starting at 700 baht
• Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia — starting at 1,100 baht
• Australia, China, Vietnam, Russia — starting at 1,200 baht
• UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain — starting at 1,400 baht
• United States, Canada — starting at 1,700 baht
• United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium — starting at 1,800 baht
• Other European countries, Israel, Turkey, India — starting at 2,300 baht
• Ireland, New Zealand, Brunei — starting at 2,700 baht
• Other countries — rates shown at checkout

Do I have to pay customs duties and import fees?

• For orders shipped outside Thailand, taxes and duties are not included. Any customs or import fees are billed separately by the carrier, depending on your country's regulations.

Visiting Thailand? We deliver to your hotel.

• Yes — we offer free delivery to hotels in Thailand (1–2 days). You can also visit our store at Siam Center, 1st Floor, Bangkok — open every day 10:00–22:00.

Can I track my shipment?

• Yes. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Which shipping provider do you use?

• International: FedEx, UPS or Aramex depending on destination. Within Thailand: EMS express.

Size Exchange

• Wrong fit? We offer a size exchange within 7 days of delivery — the shoes must be unworn and in their original box.
• Within Thailand: your first size exchange is free.
• International orders: contact us first and we will guide you through it. You cover the return shipping to our Bangkok studio; we ship the new size back to you free of charge.
• To start an exchange, email darlinjewelry@gmail.com or message us on Instagram @darlinjewelry within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

• We do not offer cash refunds. If your size doesn't fit, we are happy to exchange it (see above).
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will make it right — replacement and all shipping costs are on us. Just contact us with a photo within 7 days.
