About the job: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Siam center. Initially hired on a part-time basis, this role offers the potential for full-time employment contingent upon satisfactory performance during the evaluation period.
Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel welcome and valued.
• Assist customers in selecting products, offering detailed information and personal recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions and ensure accurate processing of payments.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products.
• Maintain the store’s visual standards and cleanliness.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Support promotional activities and special events.
Qualifications: • Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
